School Tours
All classes are eagerly looking forward to their end of year school tour. Each class has by now got the details of their trip – so hopefully all pupils will have a safe, happy and beneficial day out with their class.

Policies for Evaluation
The following policies are being reviewed at the moment: Physical Education, Substance Use Policy, Work Experience/Teaching Practice Students Policy. These are available for inspection by parents in the school office by appointment.

Night at the Dogs: Friday 24th June
Tickets are selling well for this family night out at the Dog Track in Youghal. The main prize – A Trip to Paris for two people for a weekend which has been kindly sponsred by Lee Travel. There rae 5 other prizes of €100 which have also been kindly sponsored. Children accompanied by adults are allowed free into the event.

Book Shop in School: Wednesday 22nd June
Walsh Book Shop, Dungarvan will have a book shop in the school on Wednesday June 22nd 6.30 – 8.00pm. Books for the 2011-2012 school year will be available to buy on the night. Parents in previous years have found it to be very convenient to purchase all their school books at this time. The book shop donates a contribution to the school based on the sales.

Book Rental Scheme
As most parents are aware, we have a book rental scheme in the school, whereby many of the books can be rented for the year. The rental fees are as follows:
Junior Infants & Senior Infants – €10
1st & 2nd Class – €12
3rd & 4th Class – €35
5th & 6th Class – €35
If this money could be paid by Friday June 17th we will start distributing those rental books the following week.

School T-Shirts: Cost €10
